Boutiqe Spa hotel located in Biriya Forest. Surrounded by the 100-year-old mountain-top towns of Rosh Pina and ancient Safed. Hiking trails pass through the forest where grazing cows wander and small villages, horse ranches and Tombs of the Righteous all can be found. Cool or brisk mountain air, depending on the season, is scented with lavendar, rosemary, and pine. In winter, when the rains have forced up mushrooms under the towering trees, people in the know pick their share of edible mushrooms.
