Set in the mountains overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in the artists' village of Ein Hod, this intimate lodge has only three suites, each with a salon, bedroom, equipped kitchen, double jacuzzi, and private patio or porch. All guests have access to the swimming pool which is open year-round (unheated).

Area activities

The artist village of Ein Hod is located in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean coast, a five minute drive from Israel's best beaches. The windy road up to Ein Hod is lined with olive trees. Enter the cobblestone streets of the village and explore the galleries and studios along twisty lanes and alleys. Visit the Dada Museum , home to the works of Romanian-Israeli surrealist artist, Marcel de Janco.

Suitable day trips from this point include Rte 4: On the Coast from Rosh HaNikra to Caesarea

Dining out options: Dairy and meat restaurants and cafes in the area. Kosher take out food available from Nir Etzion (5 minutes away). There are restaurants in the village of Ein Hod (not kosher).

Bike rentals: Yes, in area.

Swimming pool access: Yes, outdoor private pool for guests. The pool is unheated, but is open all year. In addition, you are 5 minute drive from the beach.

Synagogue: In adjoining moshav of Nir Etzion. The walk is uphill - about 20 minutes - to this religious moshav where you can find a daily and shabbat minyan.
