The best way to vacation in Israel during the sizzle-season is to immerse in cool water and only get out to lie in the hammock.
The epicenter of Israel’s land of running water can be found in areas
surrounding Moshav Beit Hillel. Cabins and B&Bs are in demand during the hot summer months. The Hatzbani River runs along one side of the moshav . So if your cabin is located on that particular side, you can walk down to the river edge, and dunk – or swim if the current doesn’t sweep you away.
